Welcome to the Butchers Arms
The Butchers Arms is a large village pub at the centre of the village with friendly locals always willing to have a game of Northamptonshire Skittles, Darts or Pool. A warm and friendly atmosphere where locals come to share a drink and a joke at the end of the day.
Owners Roland & Sarah have enjoyed a successful 5 years at The Butchers Arms, initiating team sports including Northamptonshire Skittles and Pool all at league level, proudly gaining many trophies.
They have introduced an interesting array of dishes to the menu with influences from around the world. Having run a predominately Italian restaurant within their last village pub, The White Hart, Preston Bissett, Sarah has a natural passion for Italian cooking. Since taking a course in Thai cooking, Sarah has introduced a number of Thai dishes to her Specials board along with adding firm favourites to the Thai, Indian and Mexican Spice Night Buffet every Monday. The main menu has all the usual pub suspects on it alongside 100% Beef Burgers, made to order, and The Butchers Arms' famous home baked Pizzas. There are popular Carvery Lunches on both Wednesdays and Sunday.
In the past 5 years, The Butchers Arms has received various awards for keeping good ales and beer lines, Indian Cooking, family friendly atmosphere and contributing to the community.
